Grounded in real‑world building experience and informed by an understanding of time, place, and culture, I approach each project as a conversation — between past and present, design and execution, vision and reality. Clear budgets, thoughtful curation, and collaborative process are not constraints, but tools for creating spaces that endure.

Raised in a family of Greek immigrants, I understand home as a place of gathering, adaptability, and belonging. My goal is not to impose taste, but to create environments that support the lives unfolding within them.

I work with my business partner and sister, Stephanie Sakellaris, and our firm is APS Real Estate Group. We are ASID and IIDA members.
